The ceremony closed with the final speech by President of "Junta de Extremadura", Guillermo Fern&aacute;ndez Vara.<br />Extremadura Business School is a business school for managers in Extremadura, committed to learning and individual development of staff with managerial responsibilities in companies and organizations.<br />Seven training programs, spread over the territory in which Extremadura has offered high quality training for four hundred employers in this region. This project involves a team of experienced teachers in different areas of management, academic and business experience in equal parts, oriented in skills related to management, creativity, leadership and innovation in order to achieve high impact results.<br />EBS wants to "think big" because we help to grow up our companies, collegues and friends. The training offer of EBS is part of the Advanced Training Program for Managers of Junta de Extremadura, supporting  in different business areas. In 2009, nearly 500 managers and businessmen from this region took part in several training activities implemented by EBS. This is a project committed to the business development of our region, that companies like Max Color Digital media Lab, the Institute for the Development of Communication in Organizations (INDEC), Herlusa, Electrical Pitarch, Katry Group, Conyser, Cristian Lay, Alfonso Gallardo Group and Caja Extremadura have joined companies. Shortly, Caja Duero and INSA-IBM will join the project.</p><p>In the signing of the document attended by Caja Extremadura's President, Victor Bravo Ca&ntilde;adas and the representatives of the different companies who constitute the Board. A conversation between the two leaders which will identify the situation where we are to figure out possible solutions.<br />Before Christmas, Extremadura Business School wants to close the year with the reflections of two leaders who have put their talents to the public and private sector, answering to "shots" of the participants in the session.<br />Manuel Pimentel is an agricultural engineer, graduated in Law and Diploma in Higher Business Management. He was a member in the Andalusian Parliament and secretary general of "Partido Popular" in Andaluc&iacute;a, as well as Secretary of State for Employment and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Today is dedicated to a literary enterprise as editor, writer and an ardent supporter of the culture.<br />He has written five novels, a children's book and five essays. As author, he likes that his plots can ask some questions to understand the world around us, in other words, an invitation to think about the new knowledge society.<br />Jordi Sevilla also feels a strong bond with the political sphere, and he was taking part of it for nine years: he served as a parliamentarian in the House of Representatives, in addition to his three years as Minister of Public Administration (2004-2007), a position he left for working for a consultancy firm: PricewaterhouseCoopers and teaching at the Business Institute of Spain. He was the first minister with his own blog and regularly works in mass media, writing a weekly column: "Markets" in the newspaper El Mundo. that a Extremaduran company can face in our region: a different culture and a
different economic system, represent some of the most common obstacles when we
talk about business with Asia . NPA is an intensive course in two sessions (20th and 21st of October) in the
Hotel NH Gran Casino from Badajoz. Constance Barreault (International Business
Consultant and one of the first directives to establish markets in Asia). The
meetings will be from 09:00 hours to 19:30 hours. With a frenetic pace of growth that has broken all expectations in recent
years, countries like China and India have brought a revolution in
relationships and business strategies. The market has to adapt to more than two
billion potential consumers and therefore, Extremadura Business School believes
it is necessary to train managers who want to approach the eastern market and

after visiting cities like Badajoz, Merida, Zafra, Don Benito, Almendralejo and
Castuera; and goes to Caceres populations of Miajadas, Caceres, Plasencia and
Coria. The beginning of any project is characterized by uncertainty, a critical
factor with great impact if we do not end the initial confusion. It is almost
scandalous that only 16% of the Spanish projects are finished on time and with
the budget. Statistics also notes that one in three projects were canceled
before their beggining, according to Standish Group Study. Therefore, EBS has
organized a workshop for improving the competitiveness of the Extremaduran company.
A quality commitment about which involves various actors who works in effective
